LEEP (Live Extended Education Program)

 Taught educational workshops April 9 & 12th in the Esalen Institute LEEP (Live Extended Education Program) for those enrolled in the LEEP program. The focus is on Esalen Environmental Stewardship: Ecosystem Resilience and Human Well-Being Through the Esalen Farm & Garden. Based on the nonfiction that I wrote depicting historical intersecting journey of people and climate; The Crossroads of Social and Climate Justice, the content of my workshop presentations included ancient African farmer struggles with unacknowledged triumphs, current Black farmer struggles as well as environmental concerns and ecosystem decline in some neighborhoods and areas with ways to help.
