As you know, the current state of affairs in our lives and in the world can be a challenge. I believe that we can confront and help dissolve this challenge for people and the planet by creating a safe and nurturing workshop space where you can expect to:

  • Celebrate your healing pathway and celebrate Black History Month
  • Look at becoming a heart-centered leader in the coming age
  • Examine unconscious biases
  • Explore  and manage our triggers
